Where can I donate….?

  • Women’s Concern: 234-7340 at 423 S Pugh St.  Items are given free to those pregnant and in need, as well
  • Women’s Crisis Center: Maternity Clothes, baby clothes up to 2T, Baby items (no cribs), toys.  Hours M-Thur 9am to 3pm,  Fri 9am to noon, and M or Thurs 6-9pm.
  • Clothing Closet (State College Area Food Bank): located in St. Andrew’s Church  237-7659 at 208 W. Foster. Clothes and shoes from baby to adult given free to those in need.  Hours are anytime for clothes but office is open during day for receipt.
  • Diapers: Take unused opened or new packages of diapers to local churches (for use in nurseries), WIC (253 Easterly Pkwy, 234-8621), or the State College Area Food Bank (St. Andrews Church, corner of Foster and Fraser). For Food Bank donations, it would be helpful to them if you first divide opened packages of diapers into bunches of 12 or less and put in large ziplock bags, then label with the size.
